Is the Free really free?
Yes. The first 30 days are absolutely free and you can cancel your account at anytime during this period.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. This is a pay-as-you-go service. At the end of your free 30 days, you are then charged for the coming month. This process will continue on monthly basis for as long as your subscription is in place.
How does the payment process work?
SemiNeedle does not get involved in the payment process, and at no times has access to your financial information. Once you initiate the subscription process, SemiNeedle redirects you to PayPal. You complete your payment information and select your payment method of choice on the PayPal web site. Only once you have completed the process, you are brought back to the SemiNeedle web site. Meanwhile, PayPal informs SemiNeedle if your transaction was successful, in which case we enable your account for your selected service.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay directly using a bank account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, go to My Account->Web Meeting Settings page and follow the instructions to unsubscribe.
How do I change my subscription to a different plan?
In order to change your subscription, you have to cancel your existing plan and then subscribe to the new one. There are no penalties in canceling your account, and the process is straightforward. Be aware that if you cancel your existing plan within the free trial period, you will not qualify for another free trial period when you sign up for the new plan.
