The following are new features and improvements introduced in this update: Leadership Board Gamification can help with your attendees engagement and participation. In this release, we introduce our first generation of gamification support, which allows you, the organizer, to assign points to different actions an attendee can take in your venue. You can define the game rules and potential prizes that the top point gainers can receive. The “Leadership Board” is a visual tool that allows all participants view the top 10 point gainers and aspire to move themselves up in the board towards prize earning positions. To functionality can be enabled in the “Social Lounge” by checking the Leadership Board tab:
You can move the tab to the desired position. Once you have enabled the tab, you can view the tab by going to the Social Lounge.
To setup the game rules, as admin, click on the “Configure Game Rules” menu. This will bring up a popup allowing you to assign points from 0 to 5 for over 10 different actions your attendees can take. If you ever had to change the rules, all accumulated points will be recalculated. In the same popup, you’ll see two drop down where you can assign a static page to explain the rules of the game and the prizes. Fill these in as you see appropriate.
In order to give further visibility to the current top scorer, in the Lobby, you can enable the Featured Panel to automatically show the current 1st place holder.
We are hard at work listening to your feedback and making improvements. We want to hear from you. Let us know what you like, what you don’t, and new features you’d like to see supported. Thanks for your continued support. The InfoNeedle Team

Jorge, This is a pretty
Jorge, This is a pretty recent feature and is currently being assessed for use by one customer. We have had customers who have done this manually, meaning they have given away gifts per published rules and have validated the activity through the internal analytics reports. In general, gamification is a new concept and still in experimentation phase. You can do a search on gamification to find worthwhile references.
