Federally Employed Women (FEW) - STEM Day 2022 - Registration

Federally Employed Women - STEM Day 2022
STEM Day 2022 promotes the professional development of women and girls to explore their interests in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. FEW hosts this event to address the need of minorities to go into lucrative Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematic careers. Despite making up nearly half of the U.S. workforce, women are still vastly underrepresented in the science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) workforce. Women made gains – from 8% of STEM workers in 1970 to 27% in 2019 – but men still dominated the field. Men made up 52% of all U.S. workers but 73% of all STEM workers. FEW's mission works for the inclusion and equity in the workplace, and for the advancement and professional growth of women in the federal service. As the world continues to evolve in STEM, so must FEW.'s training program.
